No, previous experience is not required for us to find you a job. We can successfully place candidates who are new to the hospitality sector.
However, we do ask that you remain flexible with the type of position offered. Gaining a bit of experience before your departure, such as through a short-term role or volunteering—can be helpful to better understand the tasks and expectations in a hospitality job. But it’s absolutely not a requirement to join the program.
We guarantee both employment and accommodation for all our programs where accommodation is listed as included.
Accommodation is usually shared, but in some cases, you might have your own private room, it all depends on what the employer offers. Either way, we’ll make sure everything is arranged before your departure.
Salaries start from the national minimum wage and depend on the employer, position, and your experience. On average, you can expect to earn around €1,200 per month.
You’ll work about 40 hours per week, but it can go up to 48 hours depending on the employer’s needs.
Please note that our placement process considers the country as a whole to ensure the feasibility of your project.
We work with a wide network of hotels and restaurants across the entire country, and placements are made based on overall availability to ensure the best match for each candidate.
Your application will be considered for opportunities in all regions of the selected country, depending on employer needs at the time of placement. While we are happy to note your location preference and will prioritise it whenever possible, we cannot guarantee placement in a specific city or area.
Regarding city requests specifically, please be aware that accommodation is not provided in large cities, which is why most placements are based in rural or countryside locations where employers are able to offer housing.
We completely understand your concerns. Roast Jobs is a legitimate and transparent company, and we’re here to support you every step of the way.

“My experience with RoastJob went really well! I am currently in the Netherlands in Maastricht, and they helped me before, during, and after my departure with all the formalities. I work in a hotel/castle where there are llamas and sheep. Despite my relatively low level of English, I manage to get by both at work and in everyday life. Don’t hesitate to take the plunge and embark on an adventure abroad because, for me, it has been the most beautiful experience to date.”
In my search for a job to work abroad and improve my English, I had the opportunity to meet Ines and Roast Jobs. Now, I have been in the Netherlands for 1 month, working at a hotel/restaurant, and continuously practicing English, which is allowing me to make rapid progress with my language skills. Furthermore, everything is going very smoothly at my workplace, and Ines has been with me from the beginning and still today, providing me with excellent advice and always being there to assist me.
Don’t hesitate and take the plunge with Roast Jobs; it will enable you to gain a genuine experience and improve your English 🙂
