You will be staying in a staff house, usually located on-site, and you will share the accommodation with other members of the staff.
It’s important to note that both accommodation and meals are fully covered and provided at no cost to you.
Assistance throughout your experience
Your consultant will remain available throughout your stay to address your questions, assist you, and provide guidance if needed during your experience.
Regarding your salary, you can expect to earn approximately €1,388.33 per month (distributed over 12 payments).
Plan for the following expenses:
– Round-trip transportation costs.
– Adequate funds to cover your time off food expenses for the first month until you receive your initial salary.
With our jobs-in-Spain package, which include free accommodation and meals, you won’t have major expenses on-site.
Before we can start your placement process, you’ll need to complete the online booking at roastjobs.com. This confirms your commitment and officially allows us to begin working on your placement.

You can submit your application anytime between 4 weeks and 6 months before your desired departure date. The earlier you apply the better, this gives us more time to find the right match for you and prepare your profile accordingly.
The agency fee covers our full support throughout your journey, this includes helping you find a job with accommodation, assisting with documents and travel preparation, and providing ongoing support during your entire stay abroad.
Importantly, the fee is 100% refundable if we’re unable to secure a placement by your preferred departure date.

Salaries start from the national minimum wage and depend on the employer, position, and your experience. On average, you can expect to earn around €1,184/gross per month.

Yes, you can choose the country you’d like to apply for. However, please note that we consider the country as a whole to ensure the best possible match for your profile.
We work with a wide network of hotels and restaurants across all regions, and placements are based on employer availability and suitability at the time of your application. While we’re happy to note your location preferences and will prioritise them whenever possible, we cannot guarantee placement in a specific city or area.
Also, keep in mind that accommodation is usually not provided in large cities, which is why most placements take place in smaller towns or countryside locations—where housing can be offered by the employer.
