Regarding your salary, the legal minimum wage in the United Kingdom depends on your age and ranges from £8.60 per hour to £11.44 per hour (April 2024).
But most of our establishment usually offer more than the minimum wage and don’t forget about tips!
Plan for the following expenses:
– Round-trip transportation costs.
– In the first month following your arrival: the security deposit for your accommodation (typically up to one month’s rent).
– Rent: £800/£900 per month, all-inclusive, for a shared room in zones 1 and 2.
– Cost of living: generally comparable with the cost of living in other European countries.
– Transportation: £156.30 per month for traveling from zone 1 to 2 by subway or bus.
