You will be staying in a staff house, usually situated on-site, and you will share this accommodation with other members of the staff.

Assistance throughout your experience
Your consultant will be available throughout your stay to answer your questions, assist you, and guide you as needed. Our goal is to make your move abroad smooth, secure, and well-organised, with support every step of the way.
Some employers may offer occasional financial help or in-kind benefits, but this is not guaranteed.
France is a stunning and welcoming destination, but it’s not the cheapest place to live. Come for the experience: the culture, food, and landscapes. It is strongly recommended that you have sufficient savings or solid financial support to cover all your personal expenses and bills.
Plan for the following expenses:
– Transportation costs.
– A security deposit for your accommodation (usually equivalent to one month’s rent).
– Ensure you have enough funds to cover your local food expenses during the first month until you receive your first salary.
Before we can start your placement process, you’ll need to complete the online booking at roastjobs.com. This confirms your commitment and officially allows us to begin working on your placement.
If you’re using your phone, simply click the button at the bottom (footer) of the page, it will automatically scroll down to the “Proceed Booking” section. Then, just follow the steps until you reach the payment of the agency fee, and you’ll be all set!
You can submit your application anytime between 4 weeks and 6 months before your desired departure date. The earlier you apply the better, this gives us more time to find the right match for you and prepare your profile accordingly.
The agency fee covers our full support throughout your journey, this includes helping you find a job with accommodation, assisting with documents and travel preparation, and providing ongoing support during your entire stay abroad.
Importantly, the fee is 100% refundable if we’re unable to secure a placement by your preferred departure date.

No, previous experience is not required for us to find you a job. We can successfully place candidates who are new to the hospitality sector.
However, we do ask that you remain flexible with the type of position offered. Gaining a bit of experience before your departure, such as through a short-term role or volunteering—can be helpful to better understand the tasks and expectations in a hospitality job. But it’s absolutely not a requirement to join the program.

Accommodation is typically shared, though in some cases, you may have a private room, this depends on what the employer offers. Either way, we’ll make sure everything is arranged before your departure.
Yes, you can choose the country you’d like to apply for. However, please note that we consider the country as a whole to ensure the best possible match for your profile.
We work with a wide network of hotels and restaurants across all regions, and placements are based on employer availability and suitability at the time of your application. While we’re happy to note your location preferences and will prioritise them whenever possible, we cannot guarantee placement in a specific city or area.
Also, keep in mind that accommodation is usually not provided in large cities, which is why most placements take place in smaller towns or countryside locations—where housing can be offered by the employer.
