It is important to note accommodation in France is not provided by employers.
While we will assist you in locating housing, the rental agreement will be between you and the property owner, and you will be responsible for the housing expenses.
For candidates staying only 2 or 3 months, it is advisable to consider staying in a youth hostel or guesthouse, as in most cases, you won’t be required to pay a security deposit.
Assistance throughout your experience
Your consultant will remain available throughout your stay to address your questions, assist you, and provide guidance if needed during your experience.
When you opt for our internship program in France, your salary will be at the minimum wage rate for interns.
From January 2024, the minimum wage rate for interns is €4,35 per hour.
It is strongly recommended that you have sufficient savings or substantial financial support to cover all your personal expenses and bills.
Plan for the following expenses:
– Transportation costs.
– In the first month after your arrival, you’ll need to provide a security deposit for your accommodation (usually equivalent to one month’s rent).
– Rent expenses, which can significantly vary from one region to another. On average, expect around €500 per month for a shared room.
– Ensure you have enough funds to cover your local food expenses during the first month until you receive your first salary.
You can send in your application between 1 and 6 months before your desired departure date.
Previous experience in the hotel or restaurant industry is not compulsory, as some positions do not require any particular knowledge and are suitable for most people.
