Assistance throughout your experience in the mountains.
Your consultant will be available throughout your stay to answer your questions, assist you, and guide you as needed. Our goal is to make your move abroad smooth, secure, and well-organised, with support every step of the way.
Your salary will be based on the legal minimum wage of the country where you’ll be working, which varies from one destination to another.
👉 For example, in France (2025) the hospitality sector’s legal minimum wage translates to a net income of €1,426.30 per month for a 35-hour workweek. Most of our partner establishments, however, usually offer more than the minimum wage, plus tips!
With our support package for live-in jobs in the Alps, you can enjoy an stress-free season with minimal upfront costs. Accommodation, insurance, and taxes are all handled directly by your employer and deducted from your salary.
You’ll only need to budget for:
-Meals during your free time
-Adequate funds for your first month until you receive your initial salary
The good news? Your salary typically covers all essential expenses within just a couple of months, making this an affordable way to live, work, and travel in the Alps.

No, previous experience is not required for us to find you a job. We can successfully place candidates who are new to the hospitality sector.
However, we do ask that you remain flexible with the type of position offered. Gaining a bit of experience before your departure, such as through a short-term role or volunteering—can be helpful to better understand the tasks and expectations in a hospitality job. But it’s absolutely not a requirement to join the program.
We guarantee both employment and accommodation for all our programs where accommodation is listed as included.
Accommodation is usually shared, but in some cases, you might have your own private room, it all depends on what the employer offers. Either way, we’ll make sure everything is arranged before your departure.
Your salary will be based on the legal minimum wage of the country where you’ll be working, which varies from one destination to another. Most of our partner establishments, however, usually offer more than the minimum wage, plus tips.
You’ll work about 40 hours per week, but it can go up to 48 hours depending on the employer’s needs.
Please note that our placement process considers the country as a whole to ensure the feasibility of your project.
We work with a wide network of hotels and restaurants across the entire country, and placements are made based on overall availability to ensure the best match for each candidate.
Your application will be considered for opportunities in all regions of the selected country, depending on employer needs at the time of placement. While we are happy to note your location preference and will prioritise it whenever possible, we cannot guarantee placement in a specific city or area.
Regarding city requests specifically, please be aware that accommodation is not provided in large cities, which is why most placements are based in rural or countryside locations where employers are able to offer housing.
