-Experience: Lower childcare experience requirements (a minimum of one reference letter is required).
-English Level: at least B1 level required.

-A police check is mandatory for both the candidate and the host family.
-Profile: Reliable, responsible, and ready to help with kids, light housework, and homework.

To participate, you must apply for a Working Holiday Visa. There are two types depending on your nationality:
Subclass 417 (Working Holiday): * Simplest process: Requires less documentation.

Subclass 462 (Work and Holiday): * More detailed process: Requires proof of education (at least 2 years of university) and an English test.

This au pair experience with an Australian family involves caring for the children, spending quality time with them, preparing meals, and helping with homework, while becoming a true part of the family. Opportunities are available in both small towns and big cities.
Your responsibilities may vary depending on the host family and the number of children.
You will be accommodated on site (usually in the same house as the host family), with a private room.
Accommodation and meals (all meals, every day during your stay) are free of charge.

Salary may vary from one family to another, depending on the assignments you will have. Generally speaking, au pairs are paid between AUD and 250 AUD/ per week.

– Pocket money: For your personal travel and weekend adventures.
–Proof of funds: You must show you have at least $5,000 AUD in savings for your stay.
Au pairs usually work 25 to 30 hours per week, with 1.5 days off and at least one full weekend per month free.
As an au pair, you’ll help care for the children, play with them, and assist with light household tasks. You’ll also share your culture and language while learning about theirs in return.
