“Roast Jobs is a great agency that allowed me to go to Ireland for 5 months in a hotel located in Westport, County Mayo. I made enormous progress in English and, above all, met people who became friends. I will, without a doubt, see them again soon! I recommend 200% 😃”
“Both of my experiences have been amazing and so rewarding! I’m currently in the Netherlands after a stay in Crete, continuing my journey with Roast Jobs and Inès. These opportunities have helped me discover new cultures and grow professionally. The program is super reliable, supportive, and has a great network. I’d 100% recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and meaningful adventure!”
“I chose Roast Jobs for my gap year and had a great experience. Inès quickly helped me find a job in beautiful 4-star hotels in Ireland. I had never worked in hospitality and only spoke basic English, so I didn’t expect much — but it turned out way better than I hoped! It was definitely a good choice, and I really feel it was worth it. I’m super grateful for the experience and how much I’ve grown. Big thanks to the whole team.”
Before we can begin your placement process, you’ll need to complete the online booking on the program that interest you at roastjobs.com. This confirms your commitment and officially allows us to move forward with finding the right placement for you. Watch the Step-by-Step
If you’re using your phone, simply click the button at the bottom (footer) of the page, it will automatically scroll down to the “Proceed Booking” section. Then follow the steps until you reach the payment of the agency fee, and you’re all set.
You can submit your application anytime between 4 weeks and 6 months before your desired departure date. The earlier you apply the better, this gives us more time to find the right match for you and prepare your profile accordingly.
The agency fee covers our full support throughout your journey, this includes helping you find a job with accommodation, assisting with documents and travel preparation, and providing ongoing support during your entire stay abroad.
Importantly, the fee is 100% refundable if we’re unable to secure a placement by your preferred departure date.
We’re not a traditional recruitment agency. Roast Jobs is here to help you relocate abroad smoothly and have the best possible experience living and working abroad.
We also offer a free recruitment platform, where you can apply directly to any job listing that interests you by submitting your CV: 👉 Access our free Job Board here
Please note that this is a self-service tool. The Roast Jobs team is not involved in the recruitment process for the free platform, we simply provide access to help you find a job or internship on your own.
No, previous experience is not required for us to find you a job. We can successfully place candidates who are new to the hospitality sector.
However, we do ask that you remain flexible with the type of position offered. Gaining a bit of experience before your departure, such as through a short-term role or volunteering—can be helpful to better understand the tasks and expectations in a hospitality job. But it’s absolutely not a requirement to join the program.
We guarantee both employment and accommodation for all our programs where accommodation is listed as included.
Accommodation is usually shared, but in some cases, you might have your own private room, it all depends on what the employer offers. Either way, we’ll make sure everything is arranged before your departure.
Absolutely. From paperworkto departure and everything in between, we’re here to guide and support you every step of the way.
