Jules, a French culinary student from a school in Saumur, recently completed his international internship at a Michelin-starred fine dining restaurant in Toledo, Spain. During his placement, he had the incredible opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a prestigious kitchen while discovering Spanish culture and cuisine.

Throughout his internship, Jules was involved in plating dishes and preparing a variety of recipes for service, giving him valuable hands-on experience in a professional kitchen.
From day one, he was welcomed by a supportive team who trusted him, guided him, and helped him develop new skills. While the language was his biggest challenge at first, their encouragement and patience helped him adapt quickly, making the experience even more rewarding.
