Amaury and Léo-Paul, two French students from schools in Langres, recently completed their international internships at a luxury castle hotel in Dublin, Ireland. During their placements, they gained valuable hands-on experience in hospitality while discovering Irish culture and building confidence in an international workplace. 🍀

Throughout his internship, Amaury worked across different areas of the property, including the clubhouse and the castle, giving him the opportunity to discover different aspects of the hospitality industry. He felt welcomed from day one, developed new professional skills, and made the most of his international experience in Ireland.

As a commis chef, Léo-Paul worked alongside experienced chefs in a professional kitchen, strengthening his culinary skills every day. Like many students abroad, he found the language challenging at first, but with the support of his colleagues, he quickly adapted and gained valuable experience.
